The outer jacket material (PVC, LSZH) is chosen to provide mechanical protection and environmental resistance .Cable Cutting and PreparationFiber cables are supplied on reels and cut to required lengths using automated cutting machines for consistency and efficiency. The outer jacket and buffer coating are stripped using precision strippers, and the fiber is cleaned with alcohol to remove dust and residues .
